During his more than thirty years in practice, he has been involved in numerous important transactions in corporate and company law, the securities market, national and international commercial contracts, company financing and refinancing, approval of refinancing agreements, insolvency proceedings, commercial litigation and national and international arbitration.

Academic background:

Graduate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Master’s Degree in Public and Private International Law from the International Court of Justice of the United Nations.
