Professional experience:

During his more than thirty years of practice he has been involved in numerous important transactions in corporate and company law, national and international commercial contracts, financing and refinancing of companies.

He has been practising law in Rome (Italy) for a long time.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of several Spanish and foreign companies, as well as of the University Advisory Board of the International University of Catalonia (UIC).

Academic background:

Degree in Law, University of Granada.

PhD in Law, University of Navarra.

Teaching activity:

Lecturer in the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Bilbao.
